  1. Hi , I loved your podcast! My friend and I are in the process of starting up a podcast, we have had mental Helth issues. Have kids , divorce etc…. we have great chemistry, we are looking for direction. Went to high school with John grimes, saw you featured him on your podcast? I loved it, I related in a different way. I don’t have a disability, but an autoimmune disease. I was a semi pro runner in the Dallas area. Hashimotos thyroid disease put that to a halt and I have had to find a new purpose and passion! Great and very inspirational…
If you have advice would love it!

    2. Ryan is right, that is exactly what I’d say, but if you are looking for any advice in terms of the technical part of it, also feel free to reach out to me and I’ll help where I can. Starting a podcast can feel intimidating and not exactly sure where to start – – and sometimes just need a hand in getting the ball rolling. Like Ryan said, email us at cowbell@atbanter.com with any specific questions and we’d be happy to help!

  2. Fascinatingly informative podcast withJohnn Grimes. What a remarkable young man. Actually, John was a third grade student in my class years ago and I graduated with both his parents. His courage and strength from his faith, friends, and family coupled with his fortitude brought him through this tragic situation in victory. I am a firm believer that trials in our life turn into powerful testimonies that can encourage others and give them hope. Broken people become the most beautiful people, in my experience, and John Grimes is truly a most beautiful person. Looking forward to reading his book, hoping to find inspiration for my life at this crossroad…my student teaching me❣️
